Send Email Notifications When Messages are Sent
Only recipients who are set up in axiUm as subscribers can receive email notifications.
To enable email notifications when a message is sent:
- Open and login to DoctorAcess.
- Click the
icon in the top-right corner, and select Settings - From the Settings page, and from the Send Email Notification drop-down list, select Only Subscribed.
- Click OK.
Note: If the High Priority check box (mobile view) or Urgent button (full browser view) is selected in a new message, subscribed recipients will receive an email notification even if the Send Email Notification option is set to Don't Send in Settings.
